For the third time, the City of Aachen invites the public to the “Aachen Community Day 2026” action day on Saturday, May 30. From 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Aachen City Park—specifically the area surrounding the Konzertplatz—will be transformed into a vibrant, immersive showcase of voluntary engagement. Associations, organizations, and initiatives will present their work here in a way that is informative, creative, and features numerous hands-on activities.
Visitors to "Aachen Community Day 2026" can look forward to a diverse program designed for all generations. The event features two stages hosting live music, dance performances, and athletic demonstrations, as well as information booths, interactive activities, and a prize raffle with attractive rewards.
This action day is aimed not only at those already involved in voluntary work but—above all—at individuals looking to learn more about opportunities for voluntary engagement. Whether young or old, athletic, creative, socially minded, or simply curious—everyone is expressly encouraged to participate.
