Info

Refugees from Ukraine have the opportunity to process their traumatic experiences of war and displacement in individual and small-group conversations in their native language. This self-help group provides Ukrainian refugees with a safe space to share their experiences and challenges and to receive support. Through exchange with like-minded individuals and under the empathetic guidance of Ms. Havrilyuk, participants can better cope with their emotional burdens and find ways to promote their personal development and well-being.

To join the group, a preliminary individual conversation with the facilitator is required. Take advantage of this opportunity and find support and understanding in this community of people who share similar experiences
